My compassion-focused diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) training offers a space for colleagues and leaders to reflect deeply on what might be in the way of fully realising your values, so you can co-create frameworks for change on a personal, organisational and community level that are authentic, meaningful, and grounded in integrity.

What I Will Bring to Your Organisation

Aligning Values with Practice: Together, we’ll reflect on your deeply held values, uncover places where they might not be aligning and how this prevents you from creating a truly equitable organisation. We’ll then create a path toward authenticity and integrity that is rooted in action.

Trauma-Informed Awareness: I’ll compassionately guide your team to understand how systemic oppression shows up in workplace dynamics, the impact of this on your employees from marginalised communities, and how you can build trust, connection, and safety in your organisation.

Practical DEI Frameworks: I’ll help you integrate equity and inclusion into your organisation, aligning your day-to-day actions with your long-term goals in ways that are sustainable and grounded in your core values.

Leadership Development: I’ll support your leaders to navigate their privilege with compassion and care, so they can hold space for their teams in a way that demonstrates real accountability.

I bring to this work years of experience from organisations such as Purpose Union, Campaign Bootcamp, NUS, Time to Change, and Rethink Mental Illness, where I developed a nuanced understanding of how to navigate complex systemic and organisational dynamics in ways that foster transformative change.

My approach integrates compassion, integrity, and deep reflection to create spaces where true, lasting change can emerge.

My training from programmes like A Space for Us with Michelle C. Johnson and Stephanie Ghoston Paul, social action training from Training for Change, and Cultures Connecting’s Strategies for Facilitating Courageous Conversations on Race has enabled me to cultivate the tools to create compassionate, trauma-informed spaces where people can show up with their full humanity.
